Statement
Earlier in life I painted, mostly watercolours, but I have always been an image maker and took up photography as I liked the technical aspects. In my landscape work, I aim to give them an-other world quality and remove any details that get in the way of a clear image, As a result they can look like a watercolour as I print out all my work onto a watercolour paper which gives a unity of tone that I like. It seems that I am moving towards a mixed media approach.
I have an MA in photography and a Fellowship from the Royal Photographic Society for advancing digital techniques. I have exhibited in The OXO Building London, Twickenham, several group exhibitions.
I have self-published a poetry book and two poems from it have been published in the USA.
