Statement
I am an artist based in Portsmouth, UK. I specialize in representational oil paintings and drawings of the human form as well as the objects of nature. I graduated with a BA Honours in Illustration from Falmouth University before moving back to my hometown of Portsmouth at which point I attended lessons at London Fine Art Studios.
I now undertake painting and drawing commissions and personal projects. Portraiture is a profound passion for me and I want to explore this medium as a way of Capturing the intricacies and nuances of human life and personality. Gesture and the tactile nature of human flesh and form is of interest for me and I aim to document an honest an intimate conversation between viewer and subject.
