Dates 19 February - 1 March 2020
Exhibition by Royal Academy Schools artist Paul Harber
Paul is a Royal Academy Schools trained artist whose work is largely about the human figure but he also paints landscapes and more personal figurative work. He is a regular exhibitor at the Royal Society of Portrait Artists and at the Royal Academy Summer Shows and his work is in National and International collections.
Paul’s work is in the figurative tradition and often refers to previous periods of art history but always concerns contemporary life. His paintings contain many references to gesture and symbols, sometimes using iconography, ‘out of context’ in a gentle, humorous and ironic manner.
Paul will consider requests for commissions.
